I don't know the prices, but my standard default is if it is 75% or less of the new price it is probably a good deal, assuming the equipment is in good condition. I've not spent much time with the XD platform but others I trust have and seem to like it. If the Blackhawk holster is their Serpa you might want to watch it, a number of instructors have reported problems with them.
