In Bavli Sotah 7a. Yichud (seclusion) is mentioned. The commentary in Artscroll goes into detail and debate as to whether the yichud prohibition is in fact Biblical. It is also stated that basically the prohibition applies to seclusion with anyone for whom if you lay with you would be subject to kares. The exception being Mothers and daughters? My question is, there doesn;t seem to be any mention anywhere of sisters? Why not.. Also since Anal sodomy between men would fall under a kares penalty, wouldn't some form of yichud restriction also apply among men? Kinda silly there I know but it would fall under the above definition...
